Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping timelines carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase

  • No returns are accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • Delays caused by the carrier

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit or style preferences

  • Shipping delays once the item has been dispatched

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made or produced on demand. Because of this:

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Production begins shortly after purchase

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses were provided by the customer
