Clear photos showing the issue
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All products are custom-made or produced on demand. Because of this:
Items cannot be returned or exchanged
Production begins shortly after purchase

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are once marked as delivered
